2 most wanted men captured

TWO most wanted persons were hauled to jail by combined agents of the National Capital Region Police Office and the Philippine National Police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in separate manhunt operations in Metro Manila on Wednesday.

NCRPO director Major General Debold M. Sinas identified the two as Jermin Bulabog, 34, a vendor wanted for murder in Surigao City, and Jerry Libando, 46, wanted for two counts of statutory rape in Agusan del Sur.

Sinas said that members of the NCRPO Regional Intelligence Division and the CIDG-NCR under Colonel Arnold Thomas C. Ibay arrested Libando in his residence on Purok 15, Barangay South Daang Hari in Taguig City while Libando, tagged as a member of a gun-for-hire syndicate operating in Caraga region, was arrested in his residence on West Street in Bgy.
