4 most wanted arrested in Quezon City

Four wanted persons, including one applying for police clearance,  were arrested by the police in Quezon City.

Quezon City Police District (QCPD) director Chief Supt. Joselito T. Esquivel Jr. said Florencio Otagan Jr., 41, of Bgy. Batasan Hills, was arrested at the Police Clearance Section of Quezon City Hall.

Otagan reportedly applied for police clearance at around 11:30 a.m. yesterday but his name was a ‘hit’ in the PNP E-Warrant System.

Esquivel said Otagan has a warrant for attempted murder issued by Judge Alfredo P. Jalad, of RTC Branch 28, Lianga, Surigao del Sur, with bail set at P100,000.

Novaliches Police Station (PS 4) arrested Reymart Lacaba, 24, of Novaliches, at 7:50 p.m., on November 26, 2018, in Area 5-B, Sitio Cabuyao, Bgy. Sauyo. He has a warrant of arrest for violation of RA 6539 (Anti-Carnapping Law) with bail set at P300,000.

Operatives of Batasan Police Station (PS 6) nabbed Raymond Llanita, 25, of Bgy. Payatas, at about 2:30 p.m. in Phase 2, Bgy. Payatas B, by virtue of a warrant for murder   issued by Judge Ferdinand C. Baylon of RTC Branch 77, QC.

Kamuning Police Station (PS 10) arrested Maridel Arambulo, 53, of Sampaloc, Manila, at 2:30 p.m. at the vicinity of National Kidney Transplant Institute on East Ave., Bgy. Central. She has a warrant of arrest for trespassing, with bail set at P2,000.

Police said the courts of origin will be notified of the arrest of the suspects.
