Cebu Pacific apologizes over service disruptions

BUDGET carrier Cebu Pacific has apologized for the disruptions to its service over the last two days as a result of Tropical Depression Samuel and some associated technical difficulties.

In a statement, CEB spokesperson Ma. Rosario Lagamon said their airport personnel are already assisting passengers at the airports and working towards accommodating affected passengers on the next available flights.

She also said that for changes on flight timings and status, passengers are being notified through contact details provided at the time of their booking and that for booking through travel agents or any other third party, ‘we encourage passengers to provide us directly with their updated contact details for personalized updates.’ 

Lagamon added: ‘We will continue to provide updates through our official Cebu Pacific website, and our official Facebook (Facebook.com/cebupacificair) or Twitter (@CebuPacificAir) pages.’
