Moreno further stated: ‘Sa aming mga kababayan sa lungsod ng Maynila,  a simple thank you to the President. It’s really hard nowadays.  I cannot imagine him (President) handling the situation of 1,600 muicipalities and cities. Tayo ho, isang siyudad pa lang hirap na hirap na tayo.
