Malabon police homicide investigators SPO1 Alexander dela Cruz and PO3 Roldan Angeles said the victims were inside Esternon’s house in Dulong Hernandez at around 12:25 p.m. and discussing the upcoming celebration of Arya Progresibo on November 30 when four armed men forcibly barged in and shot them repeatedly in their bodies.

After the killing, the suspects immediately fled bringing along with them the firearms used.

Malabon police chief Senior Supt. Jessie Tamayao immediately ordered his men to conduct follow-up operation but failed to identify and arrest the suspects. At least 14 empty shells for caliber .45 pistol and three empty shells for cal. .9mm pistol were recovered by police at the crime scene.
