Notorious pusher, 2 cohorts arrested

AN alleged notorious drug pusher and his two cohorts were arrested by police in a buy-bust operation Tuesday night in Valenzuela City.

Jackson Binaya was in the act of receiving P200 marked money from a police poseur-buyer in exchange for a plastic sachet of shabu when elements of Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) led by Chief Insp. Jowilouie Bilario pounced on him.

His two cohorts, Raymart Borinaga and Gregorio Pastrana who were  sniffing shabu were also arrested.

Valenzuela police chief Senior Supt. David Nicolas Poklay said the suspects were arrested inside Binaya’s house in Area 4, Masaya St,. Pinalagad, Bgy. Malinta, at around 8 p.m. after more than two weeks of surveillance operation.

Police recovered from Binaya two packs of undetermined quantity of shabu and the buy-bust money while several pieces of drug paraphernalia, a plastic sachet of shabu, P300 cash and unsealed plastic sachets with traces of shabu were found inside the suspect’s house.

Charges of violation of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspects before the Valenzuela City Prosecutor’s Office.
