Oil firms to implement mixed price adjustments

 LOCAL oil firms will implement another round of mixed price adjustments  effective today, Tuesday.

Major oil firm Chevron Philippines announced a decrease of prices of its gasoline products by P0.25 centavos per liter while an increase of P0. 25 centavos per liter on diesel and P0.20 centavos per liter on kerosene effective at 12:01a.m. Tuesday.

Petron Philippines, Pilipinas Shell, Seoil Philippines and Flying V in their separate advisories  will implement the same mixed price adjustment effective at 6 a.m. today.

Independent oil firms PTT Philippines, Clean Fuel, Petro Gazz, Unioil Philippines, Total Philippines and Phoenix Petroleum Philippines will also implement the same price adjustment at 6 a.m. while other oil firms have not made formal announcement but they are likely to follow suit.

The price adjustment, according to energy sources, reflect movements in the international oil market.
