Salvage victim floats at Mla Bay

AN unidentified man believed to be a victim of summary execution was found dead and floating at the Manila Bay near the docking area at Pier 13, Port Area, Manila the other day.

The victim, estimated to be between 30 and 40 years old,  had two piercing wounds in the chest and his feet were tied with cloth and packaging tape.  He was bloated and had the word “WAGNER” tattooed in his right pulse.

P/Staff Master Sgt. Bernardo Cayabyab of the Manila Police District-Homicide Section said the victim’s body was found at 5:48 p.m. on Tuesday and was fished out of the water by personnel from the Philippine Coast Guard Station-Manila headed by SN1 Edmond Garcia.
