POLICE arrested one of the three suspects who ganged up on and stabbed a 17-year-old boy following their heated altercation Monday evening in Caloocan City.
Christian Morie Tuazon, 33, of 23 Gen. Malvar St., Bgy. 133, Bagong Barrio was arrested in a follow-up operation by operatives of the Bagong Barrio Police Sub- Station led by P/Capt. Antonio Rivera while his two cohorts, one identified only as Mac-Mac Tuazon, eluded arrest.
The incident was reported to the police by the victim’s father, Joey dela Cruz, at around 11:25 p.m. after his son, John Hart, was rushed to the Caloocan City Medical Center by his relatives for treatment of stab wounds in the body.
Investigation showed that earlier at around 8:30 p.m., the victim and the suspects were having a drinking session along Gen. Malvar St., Bagong Barrio, when a heated argument ensued between them.
At the height of their altercation, the suspects allegedly ganged up on the victim and beat him up.
Tuazon reportedly stabbed the victim repeatedly in the body.
After the incident, the suspects fled on foot while the victim was rushed by relatives to the nearest hospital where he was presently under observation.
