A 30-year-old Vietnamese woman landed in jail after she assaulted and poured a bottle of water at a traffic enforcer who accosted her for violating traffic rules Monday afternoon in Makati City.

Yenha Thi Thuy was driving a Ford Echo Sport (AXA-2941) at around 3:45 p.m. when he violated traffic rules while traversing Jupiter St. heading towards Makati Avenue that prompted Richard Redulfin and Daniel Cha, both local traffic enforcers, to accost her.

When the two asked for Yenha’s driver’s license, she failed to present any and instead berated the traffic enforcers and poured a bottle of water at one of them before starting to create trouble.

The incident was witnessed by P/Corporals Bacton and Marayag prompting them to place the Vietnamese woman under arrest.

Charges for alarm and scandal, disobedience and assault of agent of person in authority will be filed by police against the suspect before the Makati City Prosecutor’s Office.
