Raymundo Avene in Barangay Rosario, Pasig City, resulted in the arrest of main drug target Manolito Lugo Carlos alias ‘Lito/Tonge’ who was identified as a notorious distributor of a convicted drug lord now serving his term at the National Bilibid Prisons in Muntinlupa City.
