NCRPO men collar motorcycle-riding robbers

NATIONAL Capital Region Police Office agents on Friday afternoon smashed a gang of motorcycle-riding robbers in the southern part of Metro Manila following the arrest of two of their members about to rob a target in Parañaque City, NCRPO director Major General Guillermo Lorenzo T. Eleazar announced yesterday.
