Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Director, PCSupt Joselito T. Esquivel Jr. identified the suspect as Edwin Arellano, of legal age, native of Hagimitan, Davao City and residing at M.L. Quezon Ext., Zapanta Compound, Antipolo City. Arellano worked as truck driver of the Cathay Pacific Steel Corporation located in Brgy. San Bartolome, Novaliches since February 2018.
