THE Department of Health warned the public against common ailments as the dry season sets in, especially dehydration and heatstroke.
Health Secretary Francisco Duque III said that dehydration is common among children and the elderly, adding that the only antidote to this condition is to take in more water.
Duque also warned against heatstroke among the elderly. And again, he reminded the public to always drink water.
Huwag din magbilad sa araw, especially between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.,” he added.
