SENATOR Panfilo “Ping” Lacson’s fight against pork barrel isn’t confined to the Lower Chamber — now he says some of his colleagues in the Senate also have insertions in the proposed 2019 national budget.
Di ko sini-single out ang Lower House,” Lacson said in a media interview.
But Lacson refused to name his fellow senators who he suspects has insertions in the proposed budget, but he said that eventually they will be exposed in the plenary discussions.
“Oo.
Though seemingly alone in the fight against pork barrel, Lacson is confident that this will bear positive results saying the people are now aware about the anomalies in the national budget.
