1M shabu, peddler arrested in Bataan

ORION, Bataan — Bataan police confiscate close to P1 million worth of shanu in their last two major anti-drug operations.

This came after the Orion PNP arrested the other day a bigtime drug pusher and confiscated shabu worth more than P300,000 in Bg. Sabatan.

A report by Major Joshua S. Gonzales, chief of police, to Col. Joel K. Tampis, police director, identified the arrested suspect as Brian James Sevilla alias Pejong Sevilla, 31, and resident of Bgy. Sabatan Orion, Bataan.

Sevilla was nabbed after selling shabu to PCpl. Rodolfo S Paguio Jr. who posed as a buyer.

The drug bust was conducted by joint personnel of the PPDEU, PIU Bataan PPO, Bataan PECU and Orion Police led by Major Gonzales.

Gonzales said an ice bag containing shabu weighing 48.462 grams with an estimated street value of P 300,000was also seized from the the suspect.

Charges for violation of Section 5, Article II of R.A 9165, are being readied against the suspect.
