CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga -- Operatives under the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-Region 3 (CIDG-3) arrested two women in Angeles City and Tarlac City the other day for alleged estafa.
Reports reaching Col. Christopher Abrahano, CISG-3 officer, identified the suspects as Olivia Nacpil and Ma. Victoria Duay, who were both issued with warrants of arrest by the regional trial court.
Nacpil was arrested in Angeles City by virtue of the warrant issued by RTC Branch 64 of Tarlac City for estafa under criminal case no. 8091-2018 with P40,000 recommended bail.
In Tarlac City, operatives arrested Duay by virtue of a warrant issued by the Tarlac City RTC Branch 65 for estafa under criminal case no. 7030-2017 with recommended bail of P40,000.
Both suspects are listed in the CIDG-3’s list as members of the Boada criminal group engaged in syndicated estafa in Angeles City and Tarlac province.
Nacpil is also listed top 7 most wanted in La Paz, Tarlac police station, while Duay is in the top 6 list.
Meanwhile, one Angelito Bernardo was arrested by CIDG operatives in Olongapo City after the Olongapo City municipal trial and circuit court issued a warrant against him for acts of lasciviousness with P36,000 recommended bail.
