21 wanted felons captured in Cagayan Valley

AGENTS of the Police Regional Office 2 arrested 21 wanted persons  in Cagayan Valley.

PRO2 director Brig. Gen.l Jose Mario Espino said the arrests were part of their ongoing implementation of the PNP Oplan: Manhunt Charlie aimed at tracking down and arresting  most wanted persons.

The official identified some of the arrested suspects as Mario Agluba, 30, a resident of Bgy. Bulala, Camalaniguan, Cagayan, who is wanted for attempted homicide; Edmark Mauricio, 18, of Bgy. Rizal, Roxas, Isabela, who is wanted for rape.

Also arrested were Leomar Dalire, 46, of Bgy. Esperanza West, Aurora, Isabela, who is wanted for two counts of women and child abuse; John Catalan, 18, of Purok 6, Bgy. Buag, Bambang, Nueva Viscaya, wanted for attempted murder; Danao Francisco, 37, of Tuguegarao City, wanted for women and child abuse;  Maribeth Viola Alfonso, 45, of Santiago City, wanted for estafa; Mario Guingab, of Cabagan, Isabela, wanted for robbery.

Also hauled to jail were  Clemente Obiña Jr., 33, of San Manuel, Isabela, wanted for child abuse; Ferdinand Juan, 38, of Solana, Cagayan, wanted for grave threats and violation of Republic Act 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulations Act of 2013; John Karl Lagundi, 19, and Carlito Lagundi,60, both from  Callao, Peñablanca, Cagayan, wanted for frustrated homicide; and Ildefonso Fabro, of Mahatao, Batanes who is wanted for frustrated homicide.
