4 Bulacan drug dealers dead, 29 jailed this week

CONTINUING anti-narcotics operation by the Bulacan Police Provincial Office this week resulted in the killing of four armed suspected shabu dealers following gunbattles with undercover officers and the arrest of 29 others, a report to Police Regional Office 3 director, Brigadier General Rhodel O. Sermonia said yesterday.

Latest to be shot dead during a buy-bust operation which ended up in a shootout was a still unidentified drug trafficker in Barangay Gaya-Gaya in San Jose del Monte City.

Bulacan police director, Colonel Lawrence B. Cajipe, said the suspect engaged local anti-narcotics operatives in a firefight while he was about to be arrested at 8:30 p.m. Friday and was killed when the lawmen returned fire.

Recovered from the possession of the slain suspect were 10 heat-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, the marked money paid to him by an undercover agent and an improvised handgun.

Two accomplices of the slain man identified as Lorraine del Rosario, 38, and Alvin Cangao,41, were arrested during the same operation and are now facing criminal charges.

The three other slain suspects were identified as Nasrudin Ayao Ameril alias ‘Nash,’ Mark Jonathan Cagalingan and Angelito Enriquez.

Cajipe said Ameril, a man included in the watch list of the PNP-PDEA  was killed in a shootout with undercover officers of the San Miguel Municipal Police Station under Lieutenant Col. Voltaire Rivera in Bgy. Sta. Rita Bata around 1:25 a.m. Wednesday.

Recovered from the slain man’s possession were 10 heat-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, the marked money paid to him by the poseur, a caliber .38 revolver with two spent cartridges and two live ammunition and assorted identification cards.

The suspect’s Toyota Vios with plate no. CAH 3453 was impounded by the local police.

The two other suspects were gunned down by members of the San Jose del Monte City Police Station headed by Lt. Col. Gil Domingo during a buy-bust operation which ended up in a firefight in Bgy Assumption around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The slain suspects yielded 34 plastic sachets containing shabu, two improvised 12-gauge shotguns and the marked money they took from an agent during the sting.

Cajipe said the rest of the suspects, one of them a 17-year-old male were arrested in separate buy-bust operations in the towns of San Ildefonso, Sta. Maria, San Miguel, San Rafael, Marilao, Guiguinto, Calumpit and Balagtas and Malolos and San Jose del Monte cities.

He said eight of the arrested adult suspects identified as Jerome Vargas, Mark Joseph Celon, Glenmar Dionisio, Joel Lacsina, Jerry Pulayan, Mylen Pulayan and Jefferson Tolentino and Manrique Dalosare are all included in the PNP-PDEA watch list.

The others iwere dentified as Annjo Victorino, Reynaldo Centeno, Melanie Gutierrez, Maribel Concepcion, Marvin Lapuz, Crispulo Loberanes, Harold Bautista, Ma Jeonie Paraiso and Jordan Villegas, all included in the watch list of Bulacan police stations and Edward Alcañices, Noemi Montilla, Janet Elloranda, Sarah Socor,  Alfred Dingwasen, Jennifer Maragrag, Ace Ventura, Mico Borja, Edlyn Domanais and Gerric Sakay.

Recovered from the suspects were 65 plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, the marked money paid to them by undercover officers and assorted drug paraphernalia.
