TANAUAN CITY, Batangas – A woman and her daughter on Saturday filed a rape complaint before the police against a village chief of this city.
The 16-year-old Grade 11 Junior High School student accused Altura Bgy. chairman Ramil Vispo of sexually molesting her on several occasions.
The mother said the suspect raped her daughter between August and November 2017, in November 2018 and on April 12 this year.
According to the mother, the suspect always threatened her daughter that he would remove her as member of the softball team and she would lose scholarship if she refused to have sex with Vispo.
Vispo was the Tanauan City softball team head coach and manager.
The victim said Vispo abused her every time in sport competitions locally or abroad.
Police are conducting an investigation into the complaint.
