Cagayan Valley’s 4 most wanted fall

FOUR most wanted men in Cagayan Valley were arrested  this week by the local police as they stepped-up their effort to account for all persons with pending warrants of arrest in the province, Cagayan Police Provincial Office director, Colonel Ariel N. Quilang announced yesterday.

One of the two identified as Leogracias Suyu alias ‘Deo,’ a 45-year old driver/mechanic wanted for rape with no bail recommended was arrested in Zone 5, Larion Alto in Tuguegarao City shortly after noon Wednesday, said the Cagayan police director.

Quilang said Suyu, tagged as the 7th most wanted person in Cagayan was arrested by a team of policemen led by Executive Master Sergeant Gerry Ramires on the strength of a warrant issued by Judge Lyliha Abella-Aquino of the Tuguegarao City Regional Trial Court Branch 4.

On the other hand, the other suspect identified as John Mark Royeras,24, a construction worker from Barangay Tallungan in Aparri municipality was arrested by the local police headed by Captain Arnel Acain at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday on the basis of a warrant of arrest for qualified theft issued by Judge Nicanor Pascual of the Aparri RTC Branch 8.

A P30,000 bail was recommended for the temporary liberty of the accused who has been tagged as the 8th most wanted person in Aparri prior to his arrest.

The 3rd identified as  Jonard Julaquit,26, a man wanted for child abuse was arrested in Bgy. Annayatan in Baggao municipality by policemen led by Cpt. Reynaldo Viernes. The warrant for the arrest of the suspect was issued by Judge Lyliha Abella-Aquino of the Tuguegarao City RTC Branch 4 with a P200,000 recommended bail.

The 4th identified as Marky John Tobera was arrested by policemen led by Cpt. Ranolfo Gabatin in Bgy. Villa in Sta. Teresita town on the strength of a warrant of arrest for frustrated homicide issued by Judge Nicanor Pascual of the Aparri RTC Branch 8 with a P72,000 recommended bail,
