TALAVERA, Nueva Ecija -- A driver of provincial board member Belinda Palilio was nabbed on Thursday following a complaint received by the police that he was in possession of a loaded firearm inside the rice mill owned by the Palilios here.

Town police head Supt. Alexie A. Desamito identified the arrested driver as Samuel Cuaresma, 44, single, of Bgy. Cawayan Bugtong, Guimba, Nueva Ecija.

The said driver of board member Palilio was caught in possession of a cal.38 revolver loaded with three bullets when members of a police quick reaction team immediately responded to the area to investigate.
