CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga – Lt. Gen. Guillermo T. Eleazard led the Philippine National Police audit of the operational and administrative capacity of the Police Regional Office (PRO3) here last Thursday.
The audit is in line with the nine-point agenda set by PNP chief Gen. Camilo Pancratius Cascolan.
One of the subjects of the audit is the disposition of troops of the Regional Mobile Force Company as well as all police units of Central Luzon.
Newly-installed acting PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Valeriano De Leon said the audit intends to benefit the general public.
“The activity aims to the assess the operational and administrative capacity of PRO3 in line with the program thrusts of the C, PNP which is the 9-point agenda to more efficiently and effectively deliver police services to the public,” he said.
The PRO3 also concentrates its efforts to Bayanihan undertakings by directly extending assistance to the people, especially the poor.
Some 290, 647 families in Region 3 have already benefited from PRO3’s “Rektang Bayanihan” launched three days after the implementation of the Enhanced Community Quarantine last March 17 when Brig. Gen. Rhodel Sermonia was still the regional police director.
The PRO3 program is being sustained thru donations of different government agencies and stakeholders all over the region and by appealing to all kind-hearted and wealthy kababayans to help provide for the less fortunate or most vulnerable sectors in every barangay thru “Rektang Bayanihan”.
