CAMP Brig. Gen. Paciano Rizal, Sta. Cruz, Laguna -- Policemen arrested six drug suspects last Tuesday in different places in the province.
Arrested in Santa Rosa City were Alcher Navarro Arado, 43, married, painter, native of Cagayan De Oro and resident of Sitio STI, Bgy. Pulong Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa City; and Alemar Navarro Arado, alias Ar Ar, 26, single, both included on the drug watchlist.
Reports said that at 9:45 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2018, the Drug Enforcement Team (DET) from Santa Rosa CPS led by Chief Insp. Reynaldo Vitto, under the supervision of Supt. Eugene J. Orate, chief of police, in coordination with Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 4A, conducted a buy-bust operation in Sitio STI, Bgy. Pulong, Santa Cruz.
The operation resulted in the arrest of the suspects after they conspired ton sell a heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu to a police poseur-buyer in exchange for a marked P500 bill.
Two other drug suspects were arrested in Bgy. Sta. Clara, Pila. They were identified as Dennis Castillo, alias Boy, 39, married, of Bgy. Biñan, Pagsanjan; and Jazzer Tobias, 19, single, of Bgy. Binan, Pagsanjan, where a sachet of shabu and the marked money were recovered.
Also collared were Rolando Reyes Balyoyo, 53, married, of Purok 6, Bgy. San Francisco Calihan, San Pablo City; and Ryan Tagle, 28, single, of Purok 6, Bgy. San Francisco Calihan.
A police team, led by Senior Insp. Serafin Gapunuan, arrested the two during a buy-bust operation at Purok 6, Bgy. San Francisco Calihan. Confiscated were sachets containing shabu and the P500 marked money.
