Quezon’s 2 most wanted captured

LUCENA CITY--- The intensified campaign of Quezon Police Provincial Office against wanted persons scored anew with the arrest of two most wanted men in the province.

Quezon police director Col. Audie Madrideo  identified the nabbed suspects as John Michael Sereno, 22, fish vendor and resident of Bgy. Calumanguin, Gumaca, Quezon, and Franklin Galicia,18, of Bgy. Atulayan, Polillo, Quezon.

Armed with arrest warrants, Madrideo said elements of Atimonan and Polilio police stations under Major Dandy Aguilar and Lieutenant Jose Wennie Tayctac, respectively arrested the duo over the weekend.

He said Sereno, Atimonan's most wanted felon was arrested in Bgy. Calumanguin, Gumaca for rape while Galicia, listed as Polilio's most wanted man for qualified theft was collared inside his residence.

Quoting police accounts, Madrideo said Sereno was accused of raping a minor victim on February 14, 2019 at Bgy. Tinandog, Atimonan, Quezon while Galicia, who was a delivery boy in a grocery store stole the  day's earnings in August 2018.

Both suspects were placed behind bars.
