Warrant for jailed man

BOHOL policemen on Friday night served a warrant of arrest for kidnapping and serious illegal detention issued against a 41-year-old man jailed at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology facility in Lapu-Lapu City in Cebu, Police Regional Office 7 director, Brigadier General Debold M. Sinas said yesterday.

The official said that no bail was recommended by Judge Jose Nathaniel Andal of the Cebu City Regional Trial Court Branch 22 for the temporary liberty of Lobo Lopez Boniel, a resident of Barangay Malingin in Talibon, Bohol who has been tagged as the 4th most wanted person in Central Visayas.

Sinas said that members of the Bohol Police Provincial Office headed by Colonel Jonathan A. Cabal served the warrant of arrest on Boniel who is being held at the Cebu BJMP facility on another criminal case.
