30K jail inmates cast votes

BUREAU of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) officer-in-charge Chief Supt. Allan Iral yesterday said 29,839 out of the 37,534 or 79.50 percent of the registered persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) were able to cast their votes but only for the national positions.
