Female shabu supplier, 3 others nabbed

Isabang, this city; and Mhel Mark Gucilatar, 35, a farmer of Bgy. Libjo, Infanta, Quezon.

Mascardo St., Bgy. 144 died on the spot from bullet wounds in their heads and bodies while Joshua Arcega, 27, of 64 Gen. Mascardo was rushed to Manila Central University (MCU) hospital for treatment of bullet wound in the body.
