THE Philippine National Police headed by Director General Oscar D. Albayalde has asked the help of the Department of Public Works and Highways to fund nearly P14.9-billion worth of infrastructure projects needed by the 190,000-strong police force to further boost its modernization program by building more “stronger stations and other facilities.”
