Ex-PNP chief’s bodyguard found dead on 70th bday

A FAMILY’S search for their father – a former policeman and bodyguard of ex-Philippine National Police chief, retired General Arturo C. Lomibao – ended last Sunday, his 70th birthday, when his body was found in a Pasig City funeral morgue 11 days after he failed to return home last Independence Day, the Journal Group learned yesterday.

Oil firms raise prices again

PNP seeks DPWH help in P14-B infra program
