Manila curfew back to 8 p.m.

CURFEW in Manila is now back to 8 p.m. under the modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) as about 400 members of the Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau (MTPB) under Dennis Viaje were deployed by Mayor Isko Moreno as ‘COVID marshalls’ to aid in its implementation, along with the basic health protocols.
