No new COVID cases among Pinoys abroad

THE Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) yesterday said no new COVID-19 reports among Filipino nationals abroad were reported.

Compared to last week’s percentages, the total number of COVID-19 recoveries and those under treatment saw a slight decrease to 64.99% and 27.84%, respectively.

Meanwhile, there was a slight increase in the total reported fatalities to 9.17%.

Similar with yesterday’s report, the DFA reports no updates on COVID-19 cases among Filipinos abroad today,” the DFA said.

The total number of confirmed cases remains at 13,018; total fatalities at 934; total recoveries at 8,460; and total DOH IHR verified cases remains at 3,487.

The DFA added it remains fully committed to monitoring the situation of overseas Filipinos who are affected by the pandemic and remains steadfast in promoting and protecting their welfare.
