THERE is no report of any Filipino national who got hurt as a result of a grenade attack at a non-Muslim cemetery in Jeddah that injured two individuals, the Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia said yesterday.
However, the Philippine Consulate General, in a public advisory urged Filipinos to avoid the area and exercise extra vigilance.
Filipinos were advised to follow instructions of the local Saudi authorities as the police continue to investigate the incident.
The Philippine Consulate General, in a post on its official Facebook account said it is closely following reports of a ssuspected grenade attack that occured on Nov. 11 at Jeddah Christian Cemetery along King Fahd Road Branch at the Al Balad District in Jeddah.
