THE “Ang Bumbero ng Pilipinas (ABP)” is offering a ₱1 million reward for anyone who can provide information on the whereabouts of the killers of ABP third nominee Leninsky “Bogs” Bacud who was gunned down last April 28 on P. Guevarra St., Bgy.435 in Sampaloc, Manila.
“Hindi ito basta pagpatay. Isa itong pag-atake sa isang taong buong-pusong naglingkod sa bayan. Hindi kami tatahimik hangga’t hindi nakakamit ang hustisya,” the ABP said.
The suspects are identified as Arnold “Ford” Glean Umandap and Joshua Hernandez Andaleon. Last July 30, the Manila Regional Trial Court, Branch 33 issued a non-bailable warrant of arrest against them.

Umandap was said to have last resided at No. 47 Ruiz Street, Eastern, NCR while Andaleon’s last resided as Pantihan I, Balayungan, Maragondon, Cavite.
Umandap is said to be the leader of a fake group illegally using the ABP while Andaleon reportedly was among those who ambushed Bacud.
Police suspect political motive behind the crime.
“Nananawagan kami sa publiko—kung may alam kayo ay magsalita na para sa ikadadakip ng mga kriminal. Bawat impormasyon ay mahalaga. Maaring makipag-ugnayan sa PNP Hotline: 117 o sa CIDG: 0951-059-3843,” the ABP said.
The ₱1 million reward money will be given to anyone who can help the police locate the suspects and the information will be treated as confidential and the tipster protected.
“Ito ay laban para katotohanan, hustisya at para sa layunin ng aming kilusan. Hindi kami uurong. Hindi kami titigil. Hahabulin namin ang mga salarin hanggang sa makamit ang hustisya,” said the ABP.
