Malabon Police Sub-Station 4 commander P/Lt. Rommel Adrias immediately instructed his men to conduct Oplan Sita in the area. At around 8:45 a.m, operatives composed of P/SSgt. Raymond Siatrez, P/Cpl. Allvan Franz Hurtado, P/Cpl. Roel Quejada. P/Cpl. John Michael Lumanog and P/Cpl. Cesario lang-ay chanced upon the vehicle parked in front of a Multi-Purpose Hall in Sanciangco St. \

When lawmen approached the black Toyota Wigo with license plate number CDI 5383, they saw Ramos at the driver’s seat with gun tucked on his waist, prompting policemen to place him under arrest, along with two female companions.

Confiscated from Ramos was a caliber .9mm Glock pistol with magazine loaded with 11 live ammunition while a total of 22.45 grams of shabu with standard drug price worth P152,660, several pieces of drug paraphernalia, three cellular phones and cash money amounting to P100,000 believed to be proceeds from the illegal drug trade were seized from the suspects.
