AUTHORITIES arrested a 20-year-old car show model and her cohorts in a buy-bust operation in Quezon City on Tuesday.
Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Director, Police Brigadier General Ronnie S Montejo identified the suspects as Julie Ann Domingo, alias Madam, 20, car show model, Renzel Advincula alias Tsong, 26, and Mark Bayo, 18, all from Caloocan City.
Report showed that QCDIT RIU-NCR informed PS 4 regarding the alleged illegal drug activities of the suspects particularly in Novaliches and Caloocan City.
A buy-bust for the suspects’ arrest was set at about 6 p.m. on September 1, 2020 near a Shell gasoline station on Clemente St., Bgy. San Agustin, Novaliches.
An undercover operative posed as a buyer and bought P10,000 worth of shabu from the suspects. The suspects were collared following a pre-arranged signal to the lawmen.
Aside from the buy-bust money, police also confiscated 10 grams of shabu value at P68,000, a cellular phone and a stainless tricycle.
The arrested suspects will be charged with violation of R.A. 9165 or “The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002”.
