The Philippine Airport Ground Support Solutions, Inc. (PAGSS), which is the leading provider of airline ground support services in the country, celebrates the yearend with a series of significant milestones highlighting its commitment to operational excellence and uncompromising safety standards in the aviation industry.

Among other partners, Japan Airlines Station Manager, Tetsuya Kubota, recently commended PAGSS for having achieved zero ramp incidents for ten consecutive years in their MNL Station.

In the same breadth, Qantas Airways Ltd has also recognized PAGSS for its Outstanding Service Delivery for the exceptional operational performance of MNL airport (FY23-34).

Moreover, for its continued commitment to sustainability, Air France-KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (AF-KL) has just recently concluded their sustainability competition in which PAGSS MNL Station was honored and awarded the GRAND PRIZE for the AF-KL International Stations Social Award for Sustainability bagging the following awards: Best Handler; Most Employee/Partner Engagement; Best Internal Awareness for Campaign (Water Day); Best Save-from-Bins Initiative and Best Team Building related to Social Initiatives.

Although these are just some highlights of the achievements received this year, these indeed reflect the dedication and expertise to support its airline partners with quality ground handling services.

PAGSS President Janet Cordero said: “Moving to the future, PAGSS sees it will continue driving advancements that align with industry best practices to deliver solutions to the evolving needs of the aviation industry and environmental stewardship.”
