Cagayan de Oro City – Cagayan de Oro City Jail-Male Dormitory (CDOCJ-MD), led by City Jail Warden, JSUPT WILLIAM T MANENGYAO, DPA, enthusiastically joined the “Dugo ko, Kinabuhi mo” bloodletting activity today at the Brgy. Nazareth Gymnasium. This event, held in celebration of the 29th Police Community Relations Month 2024, aims to foster a spirit of volunteerism among potential blood donors and support the Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NNMC) blood bank in enhancing its capacity and replenishing decreasing blood supplies.
The event, which commenced at 8:00 AM, saw participation from CDOCJMD personnel alongside from CDOCJ-FD and BJMP Regional Office 10. Hosted by the Philippine National Police, Police Regional Office 10-Cagayan de Oro City Police Office under the guidance of City Director POLICE COLONEL SALVADOR N RADAM, the bloodletting activity serves as a testament to the agencies' commitment to community welfare and health enhancement.

Cagayan de Oro City — Today, Cagayan de Oro City Jail-Male Dormitory (CDOCJ-MD), under the leadership of JSUPT WILLIAM T MANENGYAO, DPA, actively participated in the flagship program of Hon. Mayor Rolando “Klarex” A. Uy, known as “Klarex nga Serbisyo sa Baryo.” This initiative brings essential government services directly to the doorstep of the community, aiming to foster trust and confidence in local governance. The event took place at West City Central School, Brgy. Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City, where CDOCJ-MD distributed ELCAC leaflets, addressed inquiries about potential programs, and services for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL). Services included distributing food, extending applications for Jail Visitors IDs, and offering free blood pressure check-ups to the community and concerned families of PDLs.”Klarex nga Serbisyo sa Baryo” exemplifies the commitment of Mayor Uy's administration to engage directly with constituents and ensure that government services are accessible to all.
