The New Year’s call is a tradition in the uniformed services wherein subordinates pay courtesy and loyalty to the commander at the start of the year.

During the entire ceremony, minimum health standards were properly observed and proper wearing of face masks and face shields strictly adhered to.

Natividad in his message expressed gratitude to the men and women of PRO4A for their hard work and commitment for the past year that had led to numerous numbers of accomplishments despite the struggles and challenges. “I pray that the Divine Providence gives us more strength, determination, and courage to live up to the expectation of our constituents. However, we must continue to be mindful when it comes to health concerns“, he added.

The Regional Director also reiterated to the troops to do their job well and always do what is right. “The police should always be seen, heard, and felt by the people we serve. Let us start the year 2021 right by doing what is always right, and only giving what is always fair and just to the public.
