OPERATIVES from the Manila Police District -Police Station 1 arrested a 39-year-old person with disability (PWD) said to be wanted for a case of violation of Republic Act 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, during an operation on Vitas Katuparan, Tondo, Manila.
Now in the custody of the MPD-PS 1 is suspect “Rodan,” a laborer who is blind on the left eye and residing at Bldg. 11 Rooftop, Vitas Katuparan, Brgy. 101, Tondo, Manila.
It was learned that the suspect was nabbed at around 1 p.m. and pursuant to an arrest warrant issued by Manila RTC Presiding Judge Danilo Leyva of Branch 175 dated September 13, 2024.
