SRC joined the 1st Regional Tripartite Conference held at The Heritage Hotel in Pasay City last August 14-15, 2025.
The event, organized by the Metro Manila Association of Cooperative Development Officers (MEMACDO), gathered together several cooperative and political leaders and representatives from all over the NCR to discuss cooperative-related laws, issues, and strategies for growth.
This was an effective effort to disseminate cooperative values and principles, assure equitable resource allocation, and promote stronger ties between cooperatives and government agencies.
Among the participants of the event are the officers of San Dionisio Credit Cooperative (SDCC) – Chief Executive Officer Maricris D. Bautista, Director Maria Nelia Rafaela G. De Leon, and Vice-Chairperson Zenaida A. Alcantara, who are also directors of the SDCC Realty Corp. (SRC). SDCC Realty Corp., the first real estate venture under the SDCC Holdings Corp., participated as one of the event’s exhibitors where it featured its first mixed-use condominium project in Paranaque City namely, The Conduit.
