Department of Environment and Natural Resources-National Capital Region (DENR-NCR) Regional Executive Director Jacqueline A. The GTI is the annual region-wide search for the most improved waterways in the 16 cities and 1 municipality of the NCR. The environmental competition started in 2020 and has since steadily gained the participation of local government units which altogether supports the rehabilitation of Manila Bay.
