On January 19, 2026, the Cagayan de Oro City Jail-Female Dormitory held a colorful and meaningful celebration of the Sinulog Festival in honor of the Señor Santo Niño. The activity featured vibrant cultural presentations and expressions of faith that highlighted the rich tradition of devotion and thanksgiving.
The celebration provided an avenue for spiritual renewal and reflection, promoting healing, renewed hope, and positive change among the Persons Deprived of Liberty. The shared expressions of prayer and cultural performances highlighted the importance of faith, solidarity, and cultural identity in support of the Bureau’s holistic approach to rehabilitation and reformation.
