A SANGGUNIANG Kabataan (SK) chairman was arrested during a buy-bust at 9:40 p.m. other day in Zamboanga, Sibugay.
The suspect was identified as Glenn Gaco Celeste Jr., 21, single, SK chairman, college student and resident of Purok Anahaw, Bgy. Culasian, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay .
Reports from Police Regional Office (PRO)9 showed that the operation was conducted at around 9:40 pm in the said area.
Recovered from the suspect were five plastic sachets containing suspected shabu with an estimated weight of 0.367 grams worth P2,500. Also recovered were a box of Fuego matches, brown pouch and SK chairman ID.
