Security Bank Corp. has implemented additional operational adjustments for its branches nationwide as more areas implement the enhanced community quarantine amid the coronavirus disease 2019.
In an advisory, the SBC said it has adopted a “no mask, no entry” policy for all branches to protect not only their employees but the banking public as well.
Only select branches would be opened and on shortened banking hours, while weekend operations have been suspended.
Clients can check the list of branches and branch schedules through the bank’s Facebook page at: https://www.facebook.com/notes/security-bank/advisory-branches-open-until-3pm-during-enhanced-quarantine/2976711285725403/.
The bank is also suspending some over-the-counter services such as cash withdrawals of less than P50,000, transactions of automated teller machine (ATM) cardholders with more than P50,000 requirement, and bills payments.
Bills payments can be done through the ATMs or the bank’s online platform.
Withdrawal fees, including those of non-SBC cardholders, have been waived, while the daily withdrawal limit has been increased to P50,000.
