NATIONAL team mainstay Mika Reyes continues to do her part for the well-being of the Filipinos in the COVID-19 pandemic.
Through the Healthy Pilipinas program of Department of Health, Reyes will release an exercise video at 10 a.m. on Wednesday.
"Kung gusto mong mag-workout kasama ko, abangan ang workout routine na puwede mong gawin sa bahay," said Reyes.

Without any volleyball to play, Reyes is making the most out of the hiatus from her stint in Philippine SuperLiga team Sta. Lucia by taking part of various COVID-19 relief campaigns.
Last Sunday, Reyes connected with her former La Salle teammates and the current women's volleyball squad in the Kada-Uno Lasalyano fundraising livestream event for more than 1,000 families affected by the coronavirus crisis.
A 2016 PSA Miss Volleyball awardee, Reyes recently took part in the Volleyball Community Gives Back PH's #ServeOurFrontliners: RAFFLES FOR HEROES campaign, where she gave away her 2019 Southeast Asian Games playing shoes.
Reyes also auctioned off her PSL Petron jersey for her high school alma mater St. Scholastica College's: #ProjectCOVAID fund-raiser.
Earlier in the month, Reyes banded together with fellow Virtual Playground talents in an online rally to show appreciation and gratitude to frontliners braving the battle against COVID-19 in Labor Day with the launching of a music video called "Fly High”
With her idle time, Reyes went to learn more about cooking and posted "vlogging" videos in her YouTube channel.
