The Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines (ULAP) together with its Member Leagues, League of Provinces of the Philippines (LPP), League of Cities of the Philippines (LCP), League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP), Liga ng mga Barangay (LnB), Vice Governors League of the Philippines (VGLP), Provincial Board Members League of the Philippines (PBMLP), Vice Mayors League of the Philippines (VMLP), Philippine Councilors League (PCL), Lady Legislators League of the Philippines (4L) and National Movement of Young Legislators (NMYL) were in full force in the MOA signing event of the DILG-USAID Partnership on BIDA sa CBDR: Sustaining Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation in the Philippines in Novotel Hotel, Quezon City last 3 May 2023

The Leagues also signed their unwavering pledge of support to the BIDA Program of the DILG.
