Inosluban, Lipa City, Batangas, Tuesday night.<\/p>\n<p>A security guard of the Metro Lipa Medical Center called a duty desk officer of the Lipa City Police Station informing that a victim of a shooting incident was brought to the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>P\/Lt Col. Antonio G. Rotol, Lipa City police chief, identified the slain victim as Rene Olan Dimayuga.<\/p>\n<p>Initial investigation showed the victim was walking along JP Laurel Highway, Purok 5, in Bgy. Inosluban at around 8:50 p.m. when an unidentified suspect\/s shot him in the head, killing him on the spot.<\/p>\n<p>The victim was declared dead on arrival at the hospital.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A MAN died on the spot when shot by an unknown assailant while walking on the highway in Bgy.
