A male passenger bound for Zamboanga was nabbed by authorities after he was found in possession of illegal drugs at the NAIA Terminal 3.
The man, whose name is being withheld, was arrested when the drugs were found on him as he was going through the security checkpoint of the said airport.
The arrest was made by the members of the NAIA-Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) -IADITG.
The passenger was reportedly about to board a Cebu Pacific flight going to Zamboanga when he was stopped at the final security checkpoint for carrying 2.2 grams of suspected shabu.
He is now in the custody of the PDEA while undergoing further investigation.
Appropriate charges are also being prepared against him.
