Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Task Force Tayo ang Kalikasan (TF-TAK) Executive Director Maria Matilda Gaddi (left) leads the tree planting activity in Baguio City on October 21 to help increase the number of the tree species in the city known as the City of Pines. The tree planting activity capped off the three-day workshop on synergizing communication strategies towards DENR sustainable communication campaign. Members of the task force and participants of the workshop planted some 60 seedlings of Pinus kesiya or Benguet pine tree which is endemic to the city.
