Ariel Inton Jr., founder ng Lawyers for Commuters Safety and Protection (LCSP), kung dati sa mga public land transportation lang may student discount sa pamamagitan ng Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory memorandum circular, sa ilalim ng batas pati sa land, sea at air transport ay may student discount na rin may pasok man o wala.
